What changed

• Auto-saved progress. Filling out onboarding documents no longer risks losing your progress if you get pulled away mid-form — everything now saves automatically as you go.
• Documents lock once signed. A signed document can no longer be accidentally reopened and edited, so there's no confusion later about which version is the final one.
• Automatic next step. Finishing one document now automatically opens the next one in the sequence, instead of leaving you to go find it yourself.
• A cleaner document set overall, with a refreshed layout and updated headers that make it clearer what you're looking at and why.

Why this matters

Paperwork is the least exciting part of starting anything, and it's exactly the kind of step where a clunky process quietly stalls people out — a lost form, a confusing "did that save?" moment, an email that got missed.
