9. Prohibited Business Categories

The following business types are strictly prohibited on the Wirelesswired Solutions platform. Accounts found to be operating in these categories will be immediately terminated with no refund issued:

• Adult entertainment, pornography, escort services, strip clubs, or any sexually explicit content or services
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances of any kind
• Cannabis or marijuana dispensaries (regardless of local legality)
• Vape shops, e-cigarette retailers, or vapor/smoke shops
• Tobacco-only retailers or hookah lounges
• Any business that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws

Wirelesswired Solutions reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a business falls into a prohibited category.

Upon detection of a prohibited business — whether through automated systems or manual review — the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The business profile will be permanently disabled
• All user logins associated with the account will be blocked
• Any active subscription will be cancelled
• No refund will be issued for any payments made

By creating an account, you certify that your business does not fall into any prohibited category. Providing false information to circumvent these restrictions is grounds for permanent termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All Wirelesswired Solutions branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, website content, and proprietary materials are owned by Wirelesswired Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
