Gold Package adds 5 portfolio images, 1 coupon, digital marketing, custom brand colors, MyWorkDay (work log & scheduling), and a bigger MyShoppe storefront (up to 25 items).

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Platinum is the top tier and cannot be upgraded further.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you 2 months — Silver is $500/yr, Gold is $1,000/yr, and Platinum is $2,000/yr. You can pay securely via PayPal. There are no hidden fees — the price you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
Every business profile gets a unique QR code. Customers can scan it with any smartphone camera to instantly view your full business profile — no app required. You can download the QR code as an image and print it on receipts, signs, or anywhere you interact with customers.
Yes. From your dashboard you can send your profile link via email to any customer, and Platinum plans can also send it by text (SMS, US & Canada only). You can also copy your profile link to share on social media or in messages. Your QR code can be scanned or downloaded as an image for print.
In the Promotions section of your dashboard you can generate branded flyers and coupons with your logo and colors. Silver includes 1 flyer (no coupons). Gold includes 1 flyer and 1 coupon. Platinum includes 3 flyers and 3 coupons. Customers can download or screenshot them.
MyWorkDay is a built-in work log and scheduling tool available on Gold and Platinum plans. Use it to track every job, log your hours, record earnings, and view daily, weekly, and monthly summaries — all in one place. Platinum subscribers also get optional daily email alerts.
AI WorkBuddy is a Platinum-exclusive feature that delivers personalized weekly business tips to your email, powered by AI and tailored to your industry. Small, consistent insights that help you make smarter decisions and grow over time.
Gold and Platinum plans include done-for-you digital marketing — we do targeted social media postings to promote your business. Gold gets 5 days per month and Platinum gets 10 days per month. Silver does not include this service.
Yes. Your public profile includes a contact form that customers can use to send you a message directly. You'll receive their inquiry so you can follow up. No third-party tool required.
Yes — video upload is available on the Platinum plan. Add a video to your profile to give customers a richer look at your business. Silver and Gold plans support portfolio images only.
Your analytics dashboard shows profile views over time, traffic sources (where visitors came from), share activity, and engagement trends. Analytics are included on all plans.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your profile will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then be deactivated. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate. Questions? Contact us.

Use our Contact Us page or email us directly. We aim to respond as quickly as possible. For urgent billing issues, include your account email in your message.
