Yes. Silver and Gold subscribers can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from your subscription settings — upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Platinum is the top tier and cannot be upgraded further, but can be downgraded.

Every business profile gets a unique QR code. Customers can scan it with any smartphone camera to instantly view your full business profile — no app required. You can download the QR code as an image and print it on receipts, signs, or anywhere you interact with customers.

Yes. From your dashboard you can send your profile via email or SMS to any customer. You can also copy your profile link to share on social media or in messages. The QR code can be scanned or downloaded as an image.

In the Promotions section of your dashboard you can generate branded coupons and flyers with your logo and colors. Customers can download or screenshot them. Gold and Platinum plans include coupon generation; plan limits apply.

Your analytics dashboard shows profile views over time, traffic sources (where visitors came from), share activity, and engagement trends. Platinum plans get more detailed breakdowns. All data updates in real time.

Plans are billed monthly. You can pay securely via PayPal. There are no hidden fees — the price you see on the pricing page is what you pay each month. Annual billing is also available for 2 months free.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your profile will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then be deactivated. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate. Questions? Contact us.

Log in to your dashboard and click the edit icon next to any section — name, address, hours, photos, and more can all be updated instantly. Changes appear on your public profile right away. Don't have an account yet? View plans to get started.

Use our Contact Us page or email us directly. We aim to respond as quickly as possible. For urgent billing issues, include your account email in your message.

Not yet — but our platform is fully mobile-optimized and works great from any smartphone browser. A dedicated app is on the roadmap.
